For a week we immerse ourselves completely in an oasis of relaxation, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, to pamper our senses and unwind. We relax by our private pool, enjoy walks by the sea, train and practice together in our surf workouts, yoga and Pilates classes.

Daily Movement

There is always a movement practice in the morning and evening. From energizing workouts to Pilates, surf workouts, yoga and relaxing Yin Yoga sessions in the evening.

Sea time / surf course

You have the opportunity to take your own shuttle to the sea every day. If you want, you can optionally book a surfing course for individual days.

Enjoy a magical week in our Portugal retreat full of exercise, relaxation, community, delicious food, time by the sea, surfing and time in the beautiful nature of Portugal.
Girls only!

Daily Movement & Special

- 7 movement units in the morning (yoga, surfers workout, pilates)

- 7 movement units in the evening (Yin Yoga / Stretch, gentle movement)

- 1 special cocoa ceremony

- Pamper yourself and book a massage at the accommodation "Mavericks" €45 / 1hr

Surfing (optional)

- you can also book daily surf lessons (€35, including surfboard and wetsuit)

Rooms & Villa

- The villa has 5 double rooms, each with its own bathroom. This means you can book a room directly with your girlfriend or you will be accommodated with a lovely participant.

- We have our own large kitchen where you can prepare your own meals at any time.

- We also have a large chill-out area in the villa and a large terrace with its own pool and a dinner table.

You can plan your arrival at the villa yourself, or we can organize a shared shuttle to pick you up at the airport in Lisbon (plus 30€ per person; from 4 people)
If you want to plan your own journey: Alternatively, you can take the direct bus from Lisbon, with free pick-up from Lourinhã bus station. Getting there by public transport: Take a taxi to the main bus station Campo Grande (approx. 8€, maximum 15 minutes), from Campo Grande take the Tejo Rapida Azul towards Peniche (7.40 euros, http://www.rodotejo.pt/horarios-e-precos/) and get off in Lourinhã. Alternatively, you can take the Rede Express from Sete Rios bus station ( http://www.rede-expressos.pt/ ) to Lourinhã.
