Description:

At the Circuit training you'll never get bored and the entire inventory of the boutique studio is used. In this. course, we complete various stations one after the other, where coordination, strength and endurance are trained. And just when you think: you have reached your limits the next exercise comes along. In addition to gravity, small equipment such as dumbbells, sling trainers and wobble boards are included. We use our sustainable training equipment made of wood, e.g. our bikes, rowing machines and cable pulleys. The squat machine turns you into a machine and ropes and cross trainers boost your performance and fitness.
You can join the Circuit training challenge yourself in THE GOOD GYM, clear your head and do a lot for your health with other athletes. Fun & sweating guaranteed!
