Your first step: A trial training session with us.

Experience the pleasant feeling when training on sustainable equipment - only among women - in our uniquely personal boutique studio atmosphere. Try one of our diverse courses, train with environmentally friendly equipment or test sustainable EMS training.

A course of your choice and/or equipment training only costs 10€ each. The fee will be refunded to you when you sign up right after your training.

The “EMS” trial training costs €25. If you register after your trial training, you will receive the full amount back.
