Description:

Every Pilates flow includes intensive exercises that specifically strengthen the core and pelvic floor. Not only large muscle groups are trained, but also the deep muscles (which are so important for balance).

Combined stretching exercises relieve tension during training and ensure more mobility.

Since the back muscles are diligently strengthened during this full-body training, regular visits of Pilates sessions at THE GOOD GYM will ensure a healthy, upright posture. This reduces annoying back pain or even completely eliminates it. The Mobility exercises also have a soothing and very relaxing effect. A wonderful all-round workout that is also particularly suitable for women after pregnancy.
