Description:

The POWER YOGA session is different from YOGA & LOVE - Time and efficiency. While the 75-minute yoga & Love hour is about slowing down and lovingly coming to terms with yourself, you'll quickly get sweaty and gain more strength in the 30-minute power yoga session. We flow dynamically from yoga pose to yoga pose, strengthening the whole body, deepening our breathing, bringing more flexibility to our joints and feeling completely refreshed afterwards. Ideal for women who appreciate the benefits of yoga workouts but have less time.We also offer this course during the lunch break because many of the exercises ensure a strong back and improved posture. A conscious and sustainable break from everyday office life, very efficient and yet balancing for the mood. It's worth a visit!
