At the High Intensity Interval Training, briefly called "HIIT", you'll burn more calories and fat than most aerobic activities, including running. If you're looking to lose weight for health reasons or quickly want to improve your performance, this is the class for you. Each session is filled with challenging exercises that will challenge you push yourself to your limits. At the end of the workout we always take a few seconds to lie on our backs being completely exhausted and super proud of ourselves. This workout will help you get fit quickly, reduce stress and make you extremely happy because of your achievement. TRY IT!
