Description:

Surfing looks so casual. However, there is a lot of practice, strength and skill behind it. It's not easy to learn all these skills in one vacation or to ride the Eisbach wave on the first try.

How good that you can improve your surfing skills every week at THE GOODY GYM.

The Surfer's Workout lets you get back on the board at the next opportunity and ride the ocean with a big smile. With interval sessions we train fitness, strength, speed, balance & perseverance. The full-body workout is particularly helpful for building abdominal and back muscle, which is why women who don't plan to surf but simply want to improve their fitness, strength and performance are also invited to paddle along.

Duration: 30 minutes

Level: Beginner and Advanced

Every course in THE GOOD GYM is suitable for beginners and advanced users, as our qualified trainers can adapt each exercise to your level of training.
