HOW IT WORKS:

ONBOARDING

During onboarding, your personal trainer will create an individual training plan for you. This training plan will be practiced with you until you feel confident in carrying it out on your own.

DIY

Now you are able to take part in training as often as you want and as often as you like, always in harmony with your health, of course. You train at your own pace, freely and flexibly.

WHATSAPP SUPPORT

We support you with your training with our Whatsapp service and you can arrange a new personal training session and thus a new training plan at any time.
