Your 1st EMS training / process:

1. Check in advance here whether EMS training is suitable for you.

2. Please be there 15 minutes before your appointment for each session so we can start on time.

3. At reception you can register with our tablet to create your personal QR code for the training.

4. Let us know in advance by email which size you need for your EMS-TEC-SUIT. You can find out here:

5. Spray the electrodes a little wet (this can be omitted for further applications if you are really into training)

6. Now put on your TEC-SUIT. It is important that this fits very tightly, similar to a surfer suit. You close the zipper at the front.

7. Now warm up with the rowing machine or bike.

8.  Your 20-minute EMS training can now begin. On the first day, the muscle-activating electrical impulses will be carefully adjusted for you. We will progress every session. At the end you will receive a 5-minute wellness program so that your muscles can regenerate optimally.

9. Done! Your first EMS training is complete. We really hope you enjoy the new EMS technology and the training. You can find all information and prices here:

Of course, your personal trainer on site will also be happy to advise you.

We hope you enjoy your first session!
