WELL/GYMPASS & USC TERMS

We warmly welcome you to THE GOOD GYM (women only) and look forward to becoming your new regular studio! Please read this message carefully until the end. After just 2 minutes you will know how you can now use THE GOOD GYM easily and independently.

From now on we charge a one-off registration fee of €10. You can pay this amount by cash or PayPal at your first visit.

Your check-in opens 10 minutes before the course starts. Enter the studio then or make yourself comfortable in our seating area with a drink or snack. Thanks for your understanding.

COURSES:

You can book your courses without instructions before. 

Step 1: Book using this link “Trial training for your first desired course. This is the only way you will end up in our system and be activated for the MySports app. There are no fees for you here. 

step 2: If you haven't already done so, inform us immediately by email which provider you use. For USC users we need the membership number. For Wellpass users, the employer.

step 3: When entering the studio, scan the QR code on the first pillar at the entrance.

GYM - TIME / EQUIPMENT TRAINING:

Step 1: Book your 30-minute introductory appointment (briefing) here. Afterwards you can train straight away.

step 2: If you haven't already done so, inform us immediately by email which provider you use. For USC users we need the membership number. 

step 3: When entering the studio, scan the QR code on the first pillar at the entrance.

GETTING STARTED:

On your first visit we will activate you for the MySports app. Please let reception know about this.

Step 1: Download the free member app “MySports”: Download now (iPhone & Android).

step 3: It's best to register in advance for your Courses or your Gym time

TO NOTE / DIFFERENCES FROM THE GOOD GYM - MEMBERSHIPS: 

1. Only one service per day is possible. This means a course or gym time for example. Taking several courses in one day and/or adding strength or endurance trainin afterwards is only possible for THE GOOD GYM members. Even if it's only for 10 minutes: for extended use of THE GOOD GYM outside of your booked service, there will always be a €20 fee.

2. Please be there 5 - 10 minutes before your booked service. Not earlier.

3. Cancellation conditions:

Cancellation of courses, gym time & Instructions: 12 hours in advance

EMS and personal training, as well as training plans: 24 hours in advance

IMPORTANT: If you cancel after the set deadline or not at all, we will have to invoice you for the costs incurred (e.g. drop-in at €20). Unfortunately, we can never make an exception because you have taken up a place and we have incurred costs. We thank you for your understanding and your efforts to cancel appointments in a timely manner.

4. Due to high capacity utilization, it may occasionally happen that we have to close (very few) courses for external participants, otherwise our members will no longer have space.

GOOD TO KNOW:

You can claim these additional services:

- Train in a goal-oriented manner with your own training plan on your smartphone (€40 per plan).

- Strengthen yourself with personal training (75€/60min.). 

- Treat yourself to nutritional advice (75€/60min.).
